What it does

Client cards: contact details, company, tags and free notes. It flags an email address you have already saved, so the same client is not entered twice.

A history for every client: log calls, emails, meetings and notes against the contact; each one is dated automatically.

Follow-up tasks linked to a contact, with an optional due date; overdue tasks turn red.

Four-stage pipeline: watch deals move from Potential to Offer Sent and on to Won or Lost, with the value of each column added up.

Your customer list is the most valuable thing a small business owns. QuietCRM keeps it in your own browser, makes no network connection at all, and works with the internet switched off. When you want a copy, you download one: a dated backup file you can store wherever you keep your other business records.

Good to know

It is a single-user tool: no team sharing, no sync between devices, and no link to your email or calendar. It will not ping you about tasks; it flags the overdue ones each time you open it.
Backups are JSON files. Restoring one replaces what is in the browser; it does not merge two sets of data.
Deleting a contact and resetting the app can be undone straight away.
Everything is stored by the browser you open it in. If that browser's site data is wiped, so is your CRM, which is why the backup file matters.
Deal values are in dollars.
Designed for a computer screen; on a narrow window the menu and cards stack into one column. Tested in Google Chrome on a computer; not tested on a real phone.

Can I move my data to a new computer? Yes. Click Backup Data, copy the file across, and restore it on the new computer.

Can I try it before entering real clients? Yes. Try Sample Data fills it with two example contacts, deals and tasks. If you already have your own data, it asks before replacing it.
